Sebago Always! Sebago has faithfully served me all through college AND law school. During college, I purchased both my first pair of penny loafers and docksides. Excellent support, well made, and long lasting. I walked on top of snow and ice all my college years and my feet always stayed dry and warm. During law school, I was able to get my first pair of Sebago loafers with the tassel. They were more stylish than the classic penny loafer. I enjoyed wearing them with my suits. For everyday wear, I purchased a pair of loafers with the kiltie and rubber sole. Again, these rubber sole Sebago's kept my feet both dry and warm all winter. The "other" famous brand of docksides are simply not made to be worn in the city streets. They are made strictly for sailing to prevent scratching the surface of boats.
